Good Foods Diet (GFD)

New book

Basis of GFD diet are products eaten by a child before the age of one, excluding rice, maize and millet. In the matter of fact, this diet - in terms of components - is therefore suitable for the vast majority of people, even for those with organ transplants, for people undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy; it is also suitable for people with cancer and those who have any other ailment.

GFD acts through the mechanism of protection and waterproofing cell membranes – starting from favorable effects on the entire gastrointestinal tract.

When the "boundaries" (cell membranes) are functioning properly – grows the restoration potential and metabolic regulation within the cell runs smoothly. This diet, therefore, gives the opportunity to acquire tolerance to allergens, irritants, carcinogens, products that we don’t tolerate, and allows you to " tame " even those with whom we come in contact externally - washing agents, carbon black, nickel, or to face the most common inhaled allergens - pollen of grasses, trees, shrubs or others. Restoring the border/boundaries, GFD turns out Staphylococcus aureus and other bacteria, turns out the excess of fungi, e.g. candida albicans. A normal cell membrane impedes the activation of viral infection. Because of the healthy membranes (skin, mucosa, conjunctiva) bacteria and fungi do not have enough nutrients. On GFD we obtain the proper metabolism within the cell and in this way also GFD is favoring properly constructed cells. GFD reduces the damaging effect of radio, chemotherapy and accelerates wound healing.

While gastrointestinal friendly, GFD normalizes content and function of blood vessels padded with quickly renewing endothelium cells. If the gastrointestinal tract is present welfare - welfare of the same is presented in blood vessels. If a blood vessel is OK, then the surrounding muscle tissue, nervous tissue (brain, nerves) joint or other organ has conditions to heal itself. Cramps, twitching, myalgia, migraine, epilepsy, autism, neuralgic pains will disappear. We can say - what we eat determines what we are.

Carefully reading the chapters you realize that in this book is contained the key to longevity and World Without Disease.

ORDER

Chapter I

Good Foods Diet (GFD)

describes it's principles, and symptoms of P (Protein) and C (Carbohydrates) overdosing. Recommends the use of one type of P per day, eaten even twice a day – diagnostically - in order to catch which type of P is harmful to us, and which type serves us. For 3 – 7 days or more (3 days - children and adolescents; 7 days or more – adults and elderly) You should eat products from the list below, which is the list of the Good Products, then you can have, or not, one day of nutritional freedom. You run the cycle until You'll know Your body. Anyone can manage successfully. Keep a daily food diary where you write down the hours of having meals and hours of symptoms occurrence. On GFD the meal will be related to a symptom. The only important rule of GFD is: do not eat what You do not like (You don't have a taste for), and do not force Yourself to eat the last bite or the last remains from the plate. After three days of GFD You will start noticing the correlation between what you eat and what ails you. If you want to be on GFD for a longer time, which I would recommend heartily, accustom Yourself to the use of one type of protein product daily. You can have a Protein-Free Days, in other words Days C + F (Carbohydrates + Fats). The types of Protein Products are specified below. Each type is separated by a comma. Peas are different type of Protein than beans. I recommend GPD for the treatment in all diseases.

GOOD PRODUCTS (GP, usually not overused):

PROTEINS (P)

1. High – Protein Animal Products: egg white, egg yolk, mayonnaise (for the purpose of maximizing the pro-health effects - we will recognize it as a protein although mayonnaise is in fact a P + F; preservatives in it are often not friendly to the body), pork, beef (veal), sheep meat (lamb ), venison, chicken, turkey, duck, goose, rabbit, marine fish, freshwater fish, seafood.

2. High – Protein Vegetable Products: peas (fresh green, dried), beans (fresh and dried), broad beans, lentils, chickpeas, carob, peanuts, soybeans, mung bean, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, hazelnuts, Brazil nuts, almonds, sesame (halvah, tahina – sesame mash), linseed, sunflower, poppy.

FATS (F)

1. Animal Fats: lard (in both forms rendered and unrendered), fried lardons (a small strips or cubes of pork fat), pork rinds, beef tallow, goose fat, duck fat, chicken fat, chicken skin (P + F), fish fats, fish oil, ghee (clarified butter), butter (you should give up butter if dairy group produces a very strong reactions).

2. Vegetable Fats: olive oil, vegetable oils, coconut oil, desiccated coconut, coconut fruit, palm oil, avocado (C + F), olives, dark chocolate (C + F, chocolate should not be eaten every day), cocoa butter. Chocolate and cocoa are not suitable for feeding children under 1 year of age, usually only small quantities of it, present in the breast milk, may be tolerated by infants fed naturally.

CARBOHYDRATES (C)

1. Cucurbits (Cucurbitaceae): pumpkin, squash, patison, cucumbers, pickled cucumbers, zucchini; and as a low-carbohydrate fruits: melon, watermelon. Plants in each specified paragraph belong to one botanical group and are handled by similar metabolic pathways.

2. Nightshades (Solanaceae): tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, potatoes (up to 350g/a day).

3. Brassicas (Brassicaceae): cabbage, red cabbage, Italian cabbage, Chinese cabbage, sauerkraut, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli, kohlrabi, watercress, parsnips, wallflower, arugula, mustard seeds, kale, horseradish, radish, white radish, long radish, swedes, turnips, capers. Although radish, white radish and capers belong to the Brassica genus they cause intolerance less often than other Brassicas.

4. Carrot family (Apiaceae or Umbelliferae) : carrots, parsley, celery, turnip, herbs: fennel, anise, caraway, coriander, ginseng, Eleutherococcus, and closely related to them – lovage.

5. Valerian family (Valerianaceae): lamb's lettuce, valerian;

6. Aster family (Asteraceae) - containing substances that stimulate the immune system, related to groups 4,5,6, - wormwood, echinacea (Echinacea), goosefoot, yarrow, calendula, burdock, milk thistle, coltsfoot, chamomile, daisy, strawflower, artichokes. The Asteraceae family include a subfamily: Cichorioideae - usually is the least allergenic: lettuce, common dandelion, dandelion, chicory.

7. Goosefoot family (Chenopodiaceae): beetroot, spinach, quinoa and related to them Caryophyllales - sorrel, rhubarb, buckwheat, amaranth.

8. Onion genus (Allium genus): onions, chives, leeks, garlic.

9. Dried and fresh mushrooms.

10. Others: algae, asparagus, herbs, sprouts, real coffee (ground coffee), spices: saffron, turmeric, rosemary, ginger, cinnamon, mint, thyme, marjoram, oregano, basil, pepper, mustard seeds/mustard.

12. Legumes (P + C): broad beans, green beans, green peas, soybeans, lentils, chickpeas, peanuts (as an exception also contains fat - PFC), mung bean, carob.

Now we see how important is the seasonal use of VARIOUS herbs, that bring the immune system into contact with the group of plants with the similar composition of proteins. Which in the effect reduces our demand for that particular group of plants. Let's start to live consciously, let's eat variously. The fact that someone doesn't like herbs and vegetables indicates a significant metabolic overload - person who reacts this way should start GFD to build up his/hers tolerance to them! On the other hand, if someone does not like vegetables and herbs - the cure would be a non-allergen Fat (!) - used in an appropriate dosage (below).

FRUITS AND FRUIT JUICES

I include them in the Good Products, but suitable mainly for children. As far as possible You can provide children with a variety of fruits and juices. Bananas, grapes and dried fruits should not be eaten every day for a long time. Bananas, grapes can be eaten 1-2 times a week. These, that are not quite ripe and are still greenish, contain less sugar and in consequence are more friendly to the immune system. For adults fruits are too pro-inflammatory and it's better to treat them as "harmful" products – do not eat them more frequently than every 3-7 days. The more widely used diet includes harmful products (cereals, dairy products ), the more pro-inflammatory effects fruits have. It is preferable to obtain Vitamin C from the raw vegetables and pickled products (e.g. sauerkraut, etc.). The fruits with the lowest sugar content are: lemon, grapefruit, berries (blueberries, bilberries, cranberries, wild strawberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries), gooseberry, currant, aronia, watermelon, pineapple, melon. For diabetics and people with high symptoms of any disease, the less sweet fruits will be tolerated in larger quantity, than the sweeter one's. Honey, maple syrup and cane sugar are classified by me as Harmful Products (Explanation of this strange approach I placed in the chapter ''Products'' in the book "Good Foods Diet"). Citrus fruits are not recom ended for child nutrition in the first year of life as well as for breastfeeding mothers at this time.

ALCOHOLS

vodka, brandy, wine, champagne, egg liqueur, gin, whiskey, liqueurs - the more sweet the more troublesome for the immune system. Alcohols are relatively non-allergenic, except egg liqueur, which you can drink or pour into a real coffee on the “egg day”. The most troublesome among alcohols is beer. It is not on the list of the Good Foods. Alcohols, despite the proven antiatherosclerotic and antidiabetic properties should not be drunk daily.

HARMFUL PRODUCTS:

Gluten grains: rye, wheat, barley, oats, spelt.

Gluten free grains: rice, corn/maize, millet.

Dairy products: milk, cheese, yogurts, kefir, ice cream, cream/sour cream.

Fruits - for adults (under what conditions they're more harmful and under what conditions they're less harmful – read in the book "Good Foods Diet").

Smoked products, glutamates, benzoates, artificial coloring agents, sweeteners.

Products listed above, can be eaten every 3-7 days or less.

Harmful Products are foods that cause a "leakage" (read: damage cell membranes, destroy "the borders"). They are highly glucogenic products (can be converted into sugars). Glucogenic products are the kind of products that cause inflammation (membrane leakage) in every place of the body. Glucogenic products inhibit the possibility of backtracking in all diseases; inhibit wound healing; and inhibit the possibility of remission in cancer. The range of diseases in which we can use GPD is enormous.

Chapter II

Golden ratio

Describes how I was using Fibonacci knowledge for over 20 years and didn't even know about it. I describe through the whole chapter how the Nature and Mathematics reflect in the body reactions, in responses after meals. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NHAHHidWUcg http://www.etereaestudios.com “Sacred geometry”? http://forum.swietageometria.info/index.php?topic=23.0

Fibonacci method - is a method of diagnosis developed by myself. Everyone who's on the GFD is able to find out what serves him well and what is harmful to him. Everyone, without exception. Sometimes it takes a while, sometimes You can see that patient is surprised that it is so simple, sometimes You can observe the impatience and constant returns to addictions (usually: grain products/cereals, dairy products, sugars, mixing proteins), which always results in a relapse. I make patients aware of that. Fibo-symptoms, i.e. symptoms that appear in correlation with what we eat, appear repetitively on GFD in every disease in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 7-8th, 12-13th, 20-21st hour after the simple meal.

Chapter III

Protein, life or death

emphasizes that the daily dosage of Protein should be measured not by eating the recommended quantities but by checking for Yourself which kind of Protein and what amount of it does not cause abdominal pain or any other symptoms. In the third chapter I explain why we can not permanently, everyday use diets, that are based on animal Proteins eaten daily. Optimal Nutrition, Atkins Diet, Lutz Diet, which are diets based on animal Protein, cure an addiction of bread (all bakery products) eaten daily perfectly. However, applied for years they cause accumulation of homocysteine in blood. The higher it's levels become, the older the body get's. On GPD the levels of homocysteine drop with every year due to the application of one type of Protein daily. Children and young people can afford to have the days composed of Carbohydrates and Fats (C + F) more often - which normalizes the levels of homocysteine rapidly, however it also induces eating too many Carbohydrates.

Chapter IV

GPD uses Morning Symptoms Method to conduct a self-diagnosis

The greater the ailments in the morning, the more incorrectly GPD was composed on the previous day. The Morning Symptom is a collective symptom resulting from a composition of consumed foods, mainly on the previous day. GPD eliminates any possible Morning Symptoms. The overdosage of Carbohydrates on the previous day manifest itself in: bloated stomach, gases, stomachaches and intestines pain, difficult to control need for snoozes during the day, chronic fatigue, irritability and unfortunate „coincidences” of "bad luck", low moods (being depressed). Further symptoms include: mucus in the nose, throat and bronchi; pains; itchy skin; conjunctival itch; sweating - in every disease; drowsiness; stiffness of muscles, knees, hands; abnormal bowel movements in the morning; too high blood sugar levels in the morning. The overdosage of Protein on the previous day manifest itself in: dry skin and mucous membranes; blocked nose; headache; epileptic seizure; motion sickness. But also in: tics; bronchospasms in patients with asthma; stomach and intestinal ailments; hypertension in children and adolescents; elevated LDL cholesterol; recurrent of pains; hair loss (other than alopecia areata or malignant); recurrence of bloody stools in ulcerative colitis or irritable bowel syndrome; conjunctival itch; hypothyroidism; hot flashes; high blood sugar levels in the morning. If we know the method of how to liquidate the Morning Symptom - which is GFD – that means we also know the method of how to suppress aging and the origination of all diseases.
