Diet in receptor or non-receptor pain (visceral, somatic, peripheral and central nerves, pain in autonomic and psychogenic disorders) - whatever hurts you search for defects in the dietary supply of the body. Apply GFD, observe body reactions. If you are advanced in GFD you can eat such carbohydrates:

1). On Monday to eat carbohydrates within the grain gluten - something of wheat (bread,pasta durum), barley, oats, spelled or rye - what you like.

On Tuesday: plants of the family Solanaceae (tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, potatoes).

On Wednesday: vegetables, buckwheat.

On Thursday fruits, vegetables, other than on Wednesday, chocolate.

On Friday gluten-free: rice, maize or millet.

On Saturday: mushrooms, broth, plants of the family Solanaceae (potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant).

On Sunday something on Wednesday, Thursday or Saturday.

Eliminate carbohydrates that do not serve you. More likely use those which serve you.

2).Among the protein products you have to choose from:

Monday: leg of duck or goose - for a vegetarian - pistachios

Tuesday: fish / seafood - fish

Wednesday: beef - walnuts

Thursday: eggs - eggs

Friday: pork - pumpkin seeds

Saturday: lamb - dairy products

Sunday: cheese/cream – peanuts

3). Fats from a list of GFD. Eat right ones you taste . You can drink tablespoon of flaxseed oil, a tablespoon of cod liver oil or another oil before breakfast. An another would like to eat a handful of warm fried pieces of pork greaves (crunch). Products Most Active in time:

Grain gluten (rye, wheat, oat, barley) usually - on GPD - gives a pain answer in 7-8 to 12-13 hours of their consumption and/or in the morning.

Eggs/egg yolks can give pain responses in 12-14 hours and/or in the morning.

Cheese gives pain response usually in 3rd or 5th hour after their consumption and/or in the morning.

Chicken, turkey in 5th hour. Duck/goose, although it is bird can be 'seen' in the 7- 8th or 12-14 hours – because it is less frequently eaten.

Pork in the 7-8th hour and 12-14 hour. Less cluttered metabolically body reacts in these intervals, the more cluttered body responds generating pain from 7th to the 14th hour of its consumption. Reaction in 13 hour is better than this in 8th. The best is no pain reaction. Greater portion of protein will give you answers in advance such as in 7 - 8th hour, lower portion gives answers later on, e.g. in 12-14 hours. More fatty piece gives usually later reaction.

Fruit can give pain syndromes in the first hour of their consumption and/or in the morning.Responses are repeated long enough to notice it. Everyone has their time intervals of pain responses on the same portion of the stimulus. You can have a reproducible pain response at 3 hours after ingestion of cereal gluten or a substantial portion of the protein.Eating out less often damaging our products is our goal. The more you initiate meals pain, the greater the likelihood of initiating metastasis in cancer. What do you eat with relish, the predominant likely serve you beyond addiction.
